Is the pool heated?
Spa heating is complimentary. Optional pool heating is recommended October through May and costs $35 per day for the full stay. Because it is not included in the live HostTools checkout, arrange it with us after booking.
Can we bring a pet?
Up to two small pets may be considered with approval before check-in. The pet-cleaning fee is $150. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Can I book immediately?
Yes, when HostTools shows your dates as available. You’ll see the live price, provide guest information, review and sign the rental agreement, and pay securely through Stripe. The reservation is complete after HostTools confirms payment.
How close is the airport?
The home is approximately a five-minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport. There are two garage spaces and two driveway spaces.
Can we host a party?
No. Parties are not permitted. Palm Springs also prohibits outdoor music at vacation rentals, and outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
