This website presents information about Palm Springs Mid-Century Oasis. It does not create user accounts and does not collect payment-card information. The site’s hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested pages to operate and protect the service.
Booking and payment
When you choose dates and continue to booking, you leave this website and enter a booking flow operated by HostTools. HostTools processes guest details, reservation information, rental-agreement signatures, and related communications. Stripe processes payment information. Their privacy practices govern the data they collect.
Analytics and marketing
If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, this notice will be updated and any consent mechanism required by applicable law will be provided. The site does not currently set first-party advertising cookies.
Reservation records
Information needed to administer a confirmed stay may be retained as required for contracts, accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Palm Springs vacation-rental rules may require guest identification, vehicle information, and a signed agreement.
