This website provides general information about Palm Springs Mid-Century Oasis. Property features, availability, prices, fees, taxes, and policies may change. The live HostTools checkout controls availability and pricing.
No reservation until confirmed
Viewing the property or beginning checkout does not hold dates. A reservation exists only when the HostTools booking process confirms completion of all required steps, including the rental agreement and payment.
Booking terms control
Every stay is governed by the cancellation policy, rental agreement, house rules, fee disclosures, and other terms presented during checkout. If these website terms conflict with the booking documents, the booking documents control for that reservation.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information and comply with occupancy, age, pet, parking, noise, music, safety, and other property and municipal requirements. No parties or events are permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited, and outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
Third-party services
HostTools, Stripe, mapping, font, hosting, and other third-party services may have separate terms. This site is not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.
